The American Lung Association in Greater Chicago is a statewide health organization supported by legions of dedicated volunteers, a professional staff and the state's leading experts in lung disease. We envision a world free of lung disease. Our mission is to make that vision a reality and save lives by improving lung health and preventing lung disease.

The American Lung Association in Greater Chicago is an affiliate of the National American Lung Association. Ninety percent of all money remains local and 82 cents of every dollar raised is used for program services.
