The Friends of the Israel Defense Forces initiates and helps support social, educational, cultural and recreational programs and facilities for the young men and women who defend the Jewish homeland. In addition, Friends of the IDF helps support the families of fallen soldiers.

-6/21: Haganah (Israeli Defense & Martial Arts Training) with Joel & Todd Burrows, 3 Brothers Fitness
-6/28: Body Sculpting with Ari & Adam Levy
Cost: $36 for all three sessions or $15 per session
