The Bright Promises Foundation creates opportunities for Illinois children to reach their full promise and potential. We work with organizations to develop and deliver programs providing the basis for positive lives and brighter futures. Formerly known as the Illinois Humane Society, Bright Promises Foundation has a heritage of serving Illinois children for more than 140 years and has a strong legacy of understanding and meeting the needs of our children.
