Disaster Relief Volunteer Services, a humanitarian organization led by volunteers and guided by its Charter, officers, and Board of Directors, will provide relief to victims of natural and man-made disasters, and help people respond to related emergencies through volunteer placement in relevant relief programs. The organization will work to encourage further involvement in volunteerism and disaster relief efforts in its membership.
