Description:
Since 1972, Safer Foundation has been the premier provider of educational, employment, and supportive services to people with criminal records as they return to their communities. In over 20 locations throughout Illinois and eastern Iowa, Safer Foundation serves nearly 10,000 clients each year and has proven to lower recidivism up to 58 percent.
